Our chef Tony (traslation: the best cook EVER!)
carefully selects the freshest ingredients in order to prepare
authentic, delicious recipes for you and your family!
He began working in his Grandfather's restaurant in Mexico in 1963
and brings many of those family traditions to the table at Casa Palomino.
Whether it's while he's making fresh salsa every morning,
or creating original dishes like our delicious (but addictive) Pollo Palomino,
Tony adds tradition to every recipe. And just like his Grandfather taught him to do,
he gives thanks to God for that first ticket every day.

Along with our valued staff,
(Alex, Aurora, Fernie, Gen, Jacob, Jose, Juan, LaTonya, Vincent),
we hope to provide a comfortable, family atmosphere, awesome food at a reasonable price,and a reason to come again and again!
